To the Staff of Barclay Villa.  I cannot put into words the magnificent job everyone did on Saturday (the 19th) at Keitris and Torre’s Wedding.  Not one or two staff members, but every single one of you were fantastic.  The service and food you provided was terrific.

Our phones have been ringing constantly from family and friends expressing how beautiful the wedding was and how the staff did not miss a beat in their service to us.

As the Guests arrived they were  Invited into the Lector Corrina Grand Ballroom, where the ceremony was to take place.  The Baby Grand Piano located on the Balcony in the Ballroom was played by Ms. Deane Jackson who provided the Prelude Music.  This was a very special ceremony, as it was conducted by both the father of the Bride & the father of the Groom.  Immediately following the ceremony, guest were invited to tour the Villa while enjoying cocktails, a beautiful display of Tropical Fruit & Cheese with a Chocolate Fountain, Spinach Artichoke and Cheese Stuffed Mushroom Caps, and Southern Style Ham & Muenster Cheese Biscuits.  A Beverage Station with Warm Apple Cider, Hot Cocoa, Cream Filled Ginger Snaps, and Sparkling Punch was available for the guests to enjoy; all prepared and served by Barclay Catering & Event Planning. The Evening continued as the Guests were invited into the Lector Corrina Grand Ballroom for Formal Introductions of the Wedding Party, The Couples First Dance, and the Cake Cutting Ceremony complete with a glass of ice cold milk for the Groom.  The Newlyweds then proceeded to their Hors D’ oeuvres Buffet of Carved Prime Rib, Apple Glazed Pork Loin, Hot Baked Crab Dip with Garlic Toast, Mini Chicken Quesadillas, Grilled Mixed Vegetables, and an Active Potato Martini Bar with Whipped Potatoes and Whipped Yams.  The Potato Martini Bar offers a variety of toppings for each style of potato: Sour Cream, Cheese Sauce, Bacon Bits, Green Onions, Butter, Brown Sugar, Pecan Pieces, Mini Marshmallows, and Cinnamon.  After Dinner and Well Wishes the Barclay Catering Staff served the Wedding Cheese Cake with Blueberry or Strawberry Topping.  The Evening ended with the Circle of Light at the Front of Barclay Villa where the Bride & Groom said their Good-byes to their Guests. Vendors who help make this day possible were: Dana Jo Photography, Jeffery’s Florist, and Videography by DNA Conception.

As the Guests began to arrive they were greeted with Warm Apple Cider in the Lector Corrina Grand Ballroom where the Ceremony was to take place.  Christine Smith provided Prelude and Ceremony Music for the day from the antique Baby Grand Piano on the Balcony.  The Ceremony was preformed by Justin Smith, Friend of the Groom!   The Ceremony concluded after the Pronouncement of the Newlyweds by the Breaking of the Glass!  The Guests enjoyed a Cocktails and toured the Villa, while the Wedding Party had formal pictures made by Cinema One.  The Guests were then invited back into the Lector Corrina Grand Ballroom which had been transformed for the Reception by Barclay Catering & Event Planning Staff during Cocktail Hour!  The Guests enjoyed a Buffet Dinner of a Salad Bar, Hot Pasta Station, Grilled Mixed Vegetables, Red Roasted Potatoes, Chicken Florentine with White Wine Sauce, Grilled Fillets of Beef, and Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls.  After Dinner the Guests enjoyed Dancing with sounds provided by Patrick, PC Productions.  A Beautiful Three Tier Snowflake Cake was baked by Ambrosia Cakes.  Immediately following the Dinner & Dance Reception, the Evening was capped off by Sparkler Goodbyes!
