• 1 Complimentary Suite for the Bride & Groom on Saturday evening of event
• Continental Breakfast for the Bride & Groom on Sunday morning

• Use of the The Villa & Gardens from 12:00pm - 11:00pm for Ceremony & Reception
• Tables and chairs included (for up to 150 guests)
• 1 Complimentary Suite for the Bride & Groom the evening of event
• Continental Breakfast for the Bride & Groom (the morning following event)
• 1.5 hours Complimentary use of The Villa & Gardens for Rehearsal (Must be Scheduled the Thursday prior to the event)

TERMS:
To reserve a date-
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required (mastercard/visa, cash or check is acceptable)
The deposit will be applied to your bill.
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
(If the balance is not paid 30 days prior to the scheduled event the contract will then be void)
A $500 damage/clean-up deposit required~ will be held until the house and grounds have been assessed.
