• Use of the The Villa & Gardens from 12:00 noon - 11:00pm for Ceremony & Reception
• 1.5 hours use of The Villa & Gardens for Rehearsal (must be scheduled the Thursday prior to event).
• Tables and chairs included (for up to 150 guests)
• 1 night stay in the Janie Belle Suite for the Bride & Groom
• Continental Breakfast Served at 9:00am the morning following the event.

TERMS:
To reserve a date-
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required (mastercard/visa, cash or check is acceptable)
The deposit will be applied to your bill.
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
(If the balance is not paid 30 days prior to the scheduled event the contract will then be void)
A $500 damage/clean-up deposit required~ will be held until the house and grounds have been assessed.
