TERMS: To reserve a date-
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required (mastercard/visa, cash or check is
acceptable)
The deposit will be applied to your bill.
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
(If the balance is not paid 30 days prior to the scheduled event the contract
will then be void)
A $150 clean-up deposit is also required and will be held until the house and
grounds have been assessed.
(The clean-up deposit will be returned to the renting party if no clean-up
is required)
